The Brooke County Shelter is ready to help you find the perfect pet
BROOKE COUNTY, W.Va. (WTRF) – There’s a special group of people in the Ohio Valley caring for animals in need, but now it’s the community’s turn to help them.
In just a few days, 7News is giving you the chance to do it on our Nexstar Broadcasting founder’s Caring Fur-Ever Friends Day.
Join us for Fur-Ever Friends Day!
Brooke County Animal Shelter will be there with a few of their adoptable animals.
They welcome strays, release owners, and even work with rescuers to make sure all those dogs and cats find homes.
Currently, they have several mother cats and kittens that will be available for adoption in the coming weeks, so they need help making sure they have enough supplies.
We are all animal lovers. It’s tough, but when your favorite dog walks out, another one comes in that’s your favorite. It’s nice when you see someone walk out the door and find a good home.
